REFUND POLICY

At Her Evolution Marketing, LLC, we strive to provide high-quality services and customer satisfaction. We understand that there may be times when you need to request a refund. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds may be granted for our digital courses, memberships, and coaching services.
1. Digital Courses
Due to the digital nature of our courses, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds once the course has been accessed or downloaded. If you experience any issues accessing or using the course materials, please contact our support team at [email protected], and we will assist you in resolving the problem.
2. Memberships
• Monthly Memberships: Monthly membership fees are non-refundable. If you choose to cancel your monthly membership, your access will continue until the end of the current billing cycle, and you will not be charged for the next cycle.
• Annual Memberships: Annual membership fees are non-refundable. If you cancel your annual membership, your access will continue until the end of the current billing year.
3. Coaching Services
• Single Sessions: Payment for single coaching sessions is non-refundable. If you need to reschedule a session, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to avoid forfeiting the session fee.
• Coaching Packages: Refunds for coaching packages are available within 7 days of purchase if no sessions have been used. After 7 days or after a session has been used, the package is non-refundable.
4. Exceptional Circumstances
We understand that exceptional circumstances may arise. Refunds outside the terms outlined above will be considered on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.
